Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
Support benefit administration including enrollments, changes, and claims
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support workplace culture efforts
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
Assist with payroll preparation and reporting, if needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
