We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Executive
with experience or knowledge of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions, support day-to-day HR operations, and efficiently manage tasks through the company's ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ERP tools (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll-out).
Conduct employee onboarding and ensure smooth documentation through the ERP system.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database via ERP.
Manage employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and system-related issues.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance management.
Generate and maintain HR reports using ERP.
Support HR audits, compliance processes, and ensure up-to-date employee records.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all ERP-related HR functions.
Key Skills:
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of ERP systems
(HR modules preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR best practices and basic labor laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior HR experience with ERP system usage is preferred.
Freshers with ERP knowledge are welcome to apply.
