Job Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations at Fluidteq Systems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, exit formalities, and organizational structuring. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can support the company's growth by ensuring a streamlined hiring process and efficient HR practices.
Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide necessary candidate details.
Manage job postings, draft job descriptions, and update hiring platforms regularly.
Employee Onboarding & Exit Formalities:
Manage pre-employment documentation, offer letters, and background verification.
Ensure smooth onboarding, including training coordination and paperwork completion.
Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlement procedures.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Implement and update HR policies in compliance with Indian labor laws.
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Address employee grievances and ensure smooth resolution.
Organizational Structure & Reporting:
Develop a structured reporting hierarchy for different teams.
Maintain org charts and job role definitions for clarity in responsibilities.
Work with management to improve HR processes for better efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (if applicable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Screening Criteria:
Experience in an HR generalist role with recruitment exposure.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently without supervision.
