Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day HR operations for the factory, including employee on boarding, documentation, and record maintenance.

Maintain up-to-date statutory records, registers, and returns as per labour law requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).

Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, company policies, and government regulations across all HR processes.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to prepare for and support statutory, labor, and compliance audits.

Monitor contractor workforce compliance, including contract labour license validity, wage payments, and related documentation.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives at the plant level, including employee engagement and grievance redressal.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



6 Months to 1 year of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant setup.

Thorough understanding of labour laws and factory compliance requirements.

Familiarity with statutory returns (PF, ESIC, etc.) and maintenance of compliance registers.

Experience with HRMS platforms and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
