Role Overview:

We are looking for a Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) /Fresher to join our HR team. This full-time offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates through various channels, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the overall recruitment process. As a part of the team, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent, handling candidate databases, and supporting the overall recruitment function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with HR management and provide support in day-to-day operations. Post job openings on various platforms to attract candidates. Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates. Source candidates through different channels (job boards, social media, referrals). Maintain candidate databases and assist with documentation. Support the overall recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a BBA in Human Resources, MBA in Human Resources, BCom, or BA.

Strong communication skills Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus (written and verbal).
