Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and networking
Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy
Manage statutory compliance tasks including
PF, ESIC, and professional tax
Coordinate with payroll for smooth processing and deductions
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1-1.5 years of experience
in HR, with strong focus on
IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with
PF and ESIC registration, compliance, and reporting is a must.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory obligations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
