Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and Consultancy for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with daily HR operations, administrative tasks and events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office , Excel, Word
Good Communication skill
Preferred Skills:
Experience in organizing corporate events or engagement initiatives.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
