Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

HR Executive - Compliance & Risk Manager

to oversee our HR compliance operations and risk mitigation strategies during night shifts. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and internal audit processes, along with experience in handling employee documentation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) Maintain and update compliance-related documentation and HR records Conduct periodic internal audits and compliance checks Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and reports Coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance-related issues Mitigate HR-related risks by proactively identifying non-compliance areas and recommending corrective actions Maintain employee records and ensure timely filing of statutory returns Handle night shift workforce-related queries regarding HR policies and compliance Assist in policy formulation, implementation, and documentation Report compliance status to HR leadership regularly

Key Requirements:

1-2 years of proven experience in HR compliance and risk management In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRIS tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity Willingness to work night shifts

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HR audits and compliance tools Exposure to international labor law compliance Familiarity with ISO standards or HR certifications (optional)
