We are looking for a

HR professional

to manage end-to-end HR functions at our

Taloja facility

. The ideal candidate must be fluent in

Marathi

and have strong experience in handling HR operations in a manufacturing or plant setup.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding Attendance, payroll & statutory compliance Handling employee relations and grievance management Coordination with labor contractors and local authorities HR documentation & policy implementation Support audits and ensure HR process compliance Daily coordination with cross-functional departments

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6-7 years of experience in HR roles Fluent in

Marathi

(mandatory) Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory HR operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Female candidates preferred for this role
