Attendance, payroll & statutory compliance
Handling employee relations and grievance management
Coordination with labor contractors and local authorities
HR documentation & policy implementation
Support audits and ensure HR process compliance
Daily coordination with cross-functional departments
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in HR roles
Fluent in
Marathi

Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
