We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs, and providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and plan recruitment activities accordingly.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (portals, social media, company website).
Source suitable candidates using databases, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fair participation.
Prepare offer letters and ensure documentation is complete before onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
