Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and ensure timely documentation. Coordinate and manage HRMS software (Pletox) for attendance, leave, and payroll data. Support performance management and appraisal systems. Facilitate employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations. Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and resolve routine issues. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and vendor management.

Required Skills



Familiarity with HR software/tools such as

Pletox

, Microsoft Excel, and documentation systems. Good understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment lifecycle. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with the team.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of professional HR experience in a company or agency setup. Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliances is a plus.
