We are looking for an HR Executive with recruitment experience in Hospitality Industry.
You are someone who is well organised & diligent in work.
Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, handling employee onboarding and offboarding, managing HR records, and assisting with HR-related tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Drive the recruitment through Recruitment agencies, job portals, campus hiring, social media, own networks - operations and sales team hiring
2. Maintaining processes like daily attendance, salary payments, claims, etc.
3. Induction process, Managing Talent, and Exit Formalities
4. Assist in designing compensation and benefits packages. Implement performance review procedures (half yearly, annual evaluations)
5. Implement the HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
