. The candidate will support manpower hiring across factory and staff roles and handle generalist functions such as on boarding, attendance, employee welfare, compliance coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage recruitment for factory (tailors, checkers, helpers, etc.) and office staff roles.
Coordinate with production and department heads for manpower planning.
Post job ads, conduct walk-ins, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offers.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
HR Generalist Functions:
Handle employee on boarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Coordinate with payroll team for monthly inputs.
Address employee queries and grievances at the shop-floor and office level.
Support statutory compliance processes (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
Maintain HR files, notices, and statutory registers as per audit requirements.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in HR operations in garments/apparel or manufacturing sector preferred.
Good understanding of labor laws, factory HR, and compliance norms.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on with MS Excel, HRMS (if any), and documentation.
Ability to handle field and floor-level workforce efficiently.
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
