We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll processing, compliance, and SAP-HR module. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using SAP-HR or other HRMS systems. Handle salary inputs like attendance, leaves, variable pay, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements.
Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, tax, etc.
3. HR Compliance & Statutory:
Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare and submit compliance reports to government authorities.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Liaise with external auditors and government departments as needed.
4. Generalist HR Operations:
Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and documentation.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in policy implementation, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
5. SAP-HR & MIS Reporting:
Utilize SAP-HR for employee data management, payroll inputs, and reporting.
Generate monthly HR MIS reports including headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, etc.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of SAP-HR module is mandatory.
Good understanding of payroll software and labor law compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel and HR reporting.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
