Role Overview:

As our

HR Executive

, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a smooth experience for both new hires and existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

(job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups) Handle

onboarding

and induction for new hires Maintain and update employee records Support performance management and employee evaluations Coordinate team meetings, celebrations, and training sessions Maintain a positive and inclusive company culture

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) Comfortable using HR software or tools like Google Workspace, Notion, etc. Experience in an agency environment is a
