Job Description

mployee Lifecycle Management

: Manage all HR processes from onboarding to exit, including induction, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.

HRMS Data Management

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRMS system. Generate reports and ensure data compliance.

Employee Engagement

: Support and implement engagement activities, events, and surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Administration

: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as issuing letters, maintaining employee files, and responding to HR-related queries.

Attendance and Leave Management

: Monitor attendance, leave records, and time-off requests through the HRMS or attendance tracking system.

Payroll Support

: Coordinate with the payroll team by sharing required inputs like attendance, leave balances, and variable components.

Compliance & Documentation

: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; maintain all HR documentation.

Excel Reporting

: Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel -- including MIS reports, employee databases, and trackers.

Performance Review Support

: Assist in performance appraisal cycles by maintaining records and communicating timelines and processes.

Recruitment Coordination

: Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role. Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
