We are looking for a

proactive and experienced HR Executive

to join our team and drive HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end

recruitment & onboarding

processes. Support

performance management

, appraisals, and

training programs

. Handle

employee relations

, engagement initiatives, and HR queries. Ensure

compliance

with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain HR records, generate

reports & analytics

, and support HR projects.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive HR initiatives independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
