We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Duties
Manage the recruitment process through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programmes to facilitate new hire integration.
Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends in workforce metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop and deliver presentations on HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to various stakeholders.
Provide support in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
Assist in the development of training programmes aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
Supervise HR interns or junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices within the organisation.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or Workday is highly desirable.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, demonstrating leadership capabilities within an HR context.
Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with employees at all levels of the organisation.
Data analysis skills are required to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic initiatives.
