We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Mathura. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
Support in performance management and appraisal processes.
Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, letters, and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
