About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with strong marketing agency experience to manage and scale our people operations. This role is ideal for a mid-senior HR professional with 4-5+ years of overall experience who understands fast-paced agency environments and can support hiring, performance management, and employee engagement across distributed teams.
You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build strong HR processes while maintaining a high-performance, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Digital Marketing, PPC, SEO, Design, Development, and Operations.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring timelines, and interview processes.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Own onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and internal policies.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and other updates.
Support performance management cycles, reviews, and improvement plans.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR queries.
Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and culture-building activities.
Develop, document, and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows.
Assist leadership with workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and organizational growth strategies.
Track and analyze HR metrics related to hiring, attrition, and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of overall HR experience, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
Proven experience hiring for marketing, creative, technical, or agency roles.
Strong understanding of agency workflows and performance-driven teams.
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable working with remote or hybrid teams.
Good to Have
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Familiarity with HR tools, ATS platforms, and HR analytics.
Experience in growth-stage or performance-driven organizations.
Exposure to employee engagement and retention strategies in agency setups.
