Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Assist in the interview process, including conducting initial interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them informed of the status of their applications.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
