Hello Connections!! Greetings from Nexus!! We are urgently hiring HR Executive for one of the Manufacturing Companies for Vadodara location. Qualification: Bcom/BBA/MBA Experience: 1-2 Years :
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360\xc2\xb0 evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Monitor HR department\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
