Training and development-
Preparing the yearly calendar based on training need identification, scheduling training as per plan, conducting training evaluations.
PMS-
Preparing Individual KRAs, getting it reviewed by manager, Uploading KRA in HRMS system, keeping track of PMS cycle.
HR digitalization-
Sourcing good vendor for HRMS, putting all process in HRMS. Should follow end to end cycle in HRMS.
Requirements and skills -
Proven experience in HR end to end cycle.
Solid knowledge of MS tool, HRMS software like ZOHO, Keka etc
Good written and verbal communication skills.
