Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing:

Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the overall hiring process to attract top talent.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

Coordinating orientation for new hires, managing background checks, and conducting exit interviews to understand employee departures.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee grievances, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Performance Management:

Implementing performance review procedures, developing goal-setting frameworks, and creating performance improvement plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

Designing and administering employee benefits packages and managing payroll processes.

HR Policy Development:

Creating and updating HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them.

HR Operations and Administration:

Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR databases (like an HRIS), and generating various HR documents and letters.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
