We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute the recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR or a related role
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday)
