Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and on-boarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company
policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee
engagement activities.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work
environment.
Liaise with management and department heads on manpower planning and
HR strategies.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
Knowledge of EPF , ESIC , PT and Statutory Compliance
Ability to work Salary Calculation, Maintaining Monthly Attendance,
Leave Record etc.
