Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
Validate attendance, leaves, arrears, and salary revisions.
Coordinate with HR for joiners, exits, F&F settlements, and CTC changes.
Liaise with Finance for salary disbursement and accounting entries.
Generate payslips and address employee payroll-related queries.
Maintain payroll records, MIS, and audit-ready documentation.
Use HR One payroll software and advanced Excel for payroll operations.
Support audits and continuously improve payroll processes.
Verify contractor/vendor bills for contract workers including wage sheets, PF/ESI challans, and statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to Contract Labour (R&A) Act, minimum wages, and applicable labor compliances for outsourced manpower.
Manage basic admin functions such as attendance systems, ID cards, Uniform and other related vendor coordination, and office support services.
