Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational planning, culture building, and workforce development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead manpower planning, recruitment drives, and onboarding processes.
Build a talent pipeline to support the company's expansion and succession planning.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
Design and drive engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Handle grievance redressal and ensure harmonious industrial relations.
Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and implement learning programs to upskill employees.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Performance Management:
Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle and implement performance improvement plans.
Develop KPI frameworks and incentive programs for different business units.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design competitive C&B structures benchmarking industry standards.
Administer payroll, incentives, and employee welfare schemes effectively.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Regularly update HR policies in line with legal and business changes.
HR Operations:
Lead HRMS implementation and HR digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee administrative functions including employee records, contracts, and audits.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR Management or equivalent from a reputed institute.
3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
