Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee queries.
Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Gather feedback on employee satisfaction and workplace improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology).
0 to 6 months of relevant experience in HR, administration, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
