Key Responsibilities:
Manage
recruitment cycle
- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain
employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
.
Handle
HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in
performance management
and appraisal processes.
Oversee
employee engagement activities
and grievance handling.
Support management in
workforce planning and retention strategies
.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws and organizational policies
.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience
in HR roles.
MBA/PG in HRM or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, recruitment, and compliance
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
