Maintaining the resumes/profiles of all the individuals that are hired and those shortlisted for future prospects.
Once an individual has been recruited, complete the joining formalities by collecting and checking relevant documents and certificates.
Coordinating in induction.
Daily Meeting handling, coordinating with leadership.
Handling employee grievances
Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc.
Maintaining rapport with the employees.
Check whether proper training is given to the employees or not.
Prepare various reports in Excel, PPT Presentation.
Employee Engagement Activities.
Other HR Generalist Activities.
Ascertain the performance of the employees.

Qualifications:
MBA or MSW - HR
Should be a good communicator was both written and verbal communication.
Experience in recruitment/ bulk-hiring would be an added advantage.
Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.
Should have good knowledge in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
