Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate manpower requirement with management. Prepare and post job advertisements; screen resumes and schedule interviews. Conduct preliminary interviews for workers and staff. Manage joining formalities: offer letter, appointment letter, and induction. Maintain records of new joinees and update employee master data. Coordinate with contractors for manpower supply (rarely required).

2. Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Coordination



Maintain daily attendance for staff and workers (manual). Verify and reconcile attendance and leave data before payroll processing. Track late marks, absenteeism, overtime, and weekly offs. Process leave applications as per company policy. Prepare monthly data for salary processing (present days, OT, leaves, advances, deductions). Coordinate with Accounts team for final salary disbursement.

3. Statutory Compliance (Labour Laws)



Ensure compliance with

PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity

, etc. Maintain statutory registers and records (Form 7, 12A, 10, etc.). File monthly PF & ESIC returns and handle inspections if required. Coordinate for labour licence renewals, factory act compliances, and audits. Update notice boards with required statutory information.

4. Time Office & Factory HR Operations



Oversee shift scheduling and manage worker attendance across shifts. Maintain discipline and handle grievances of workers. Issue warning letters, memos, or show-cause notices as per policy. Support factory manager in maintaining compliance with safety and labour laws. Conduct gate pass verification, uniform and PPE issue records.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement



Support initiatives for employee motivation and welfare (e.g. canteen, safety week, celebrations). Conduct regular communication with shop floor workers to maintain good relations. Handle grievances, absenteeism, and counselling sessions. Promote teamwork and positive work culture.

6. Training & Development



Assist in identifying training needs (especially skill upgradation for carpenters). Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness. Coordinate for internal/external trainers and maintain training calendar.

7. Performance Management Support



Coordinate KRA / KPI data collection from departments. Help in maintaining appraisal records. Prepare increment letters and maintain confidential personnel files.

8. Exit Formalities



Handle resignations, clearances, and full & final settlements. Conduct exit interviews and maintain turnover data. Coordinate recovery of company property, ID card, and documents.

9. HRMIS & Documentation



Maintain all employee files, records, and HR databases (Excel). Generate monthly HR reports (Headcount, Attrition, Attendance, Leave, Overtime). Ensure all HR documents are updated and audit-ready.

10. Health, Safety, and Welfare



Coordinate with the Safety Officer for PPE, first aid, and health checkups. Monitor statutory welfare facilities (canteen, restrooms, drinking water, etc.). Organize health & safety awareness programs.

Pay: ₹15,482.54 - ₹25,038.42 per month
