Position Overview
We are looking for a
proactive, detail-oriented, and people-driven HR Executive
to manage and support core HR operations at our Hotel Division. The ideal candidate should have solid HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for Regency units.
Prepare HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure proper digital & physical filing of employee documents.
Maintain HRMS, attendance, and employee lifecycle systems.
Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with Accounts for timely salary processing.
Conduct employee inductions and assist in training activities.
Handle employee grievances and escalate when required.
