Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. Conduct initial interviews and background checks. Prepare offer letters and onboard new employees.

Employee Records & Administration:

Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital). Process attendance, leave, and payroll data. Handle employee documentation - contracts, ID cards, etc.

Payroll & Compliance:

Assist in processing payroll and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS). Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Training & Development:

Coordinate employee training programs and workshops. Maintain training records and feedback.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Address grievances and support employee satisfaction initiatives.

Performance Management:

Support annual performance appraisal process. Monitor KPIs and employee performance data.

HR Policy Implementation:

Help draft and implement HR policies and procedures. Educate staff about company rules and HR protocols.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
