About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and proactive

HR Executive

to handle Recruitment, HR & Operations during the

Night shift

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment, operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Note:

Only male candidates with relevant experience and availability for night shifts should apply.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end recruitment during night shift - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.

-Support HR Operations including attendance tracking, payroll coordination, employee record management, and compliance.

-Handle on-boarding formalities and documentation for new hires.

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support employee engagement initiatives.

-Maintain and update HR databases and generate reports as required.

-Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-2-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

-Good knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.

-Strong communication and coordination skills.

-Comfortable working in night shift.

-Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
