We are seeking an HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience, primarily focusing on recruitment. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring and supporting other HR functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Support pre-onboarding and onboarding formalities.
Assist in maintaining HR records and employee documentation.
Contribute to employee engagement and general HR activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment
(service industry experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR operations will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ernakulam District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
