Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters and joining documents.
Conduct onboarding and maintain employee files.
3. Payroll Support
Collect payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, OT, and deductions.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and update systems.
Maintain leave records and prepare monthly attendance reports.
5. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
6. HR Administration
Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and organisational procedures.
Assist in performance evaluation documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.
0-1 year experience in HR (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes & payroll.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Willingness to handle coordination tasks, office-related follow-ups, and field visits when required.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
