Job Description

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for F&B and airport passenger service roles. Handle onboarding, induction, and HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records & attendance. Process payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate training and performance appraisals. Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

What We're Looking For:

Graduate with

2-3 years' experience

in HR, preferably in F&B, QSR, aviation, hospitality services. Only Male candidate Strong recruitment & people management skills. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
