Key Responsibilities
? Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing ? Screening ? Interview ? Onboarding)
? Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
? Coordinate with candidates and hiring partners for interview scheduling
? Maintain recruitment database and hiring trackers
? Build a pipeline for bulk hiring, especially for BFSI and entry-level roles
? Collaborate with colleges and training partners for campus hiring
? Meet monthly hiring targets effectively
? Maintain excellent candidate experience and engagement
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick decision-making and candidate evaluation ability
Hands-on experience in job portals and ATS (preferred)
Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet deadlines
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
9 months -2 years experience in recruitment or HR operations
