End-to-end recruitment for site and corporate roles
Manpower planning coordination with site/project managers
Onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records
Attendance, leave management, HR MIS, and payroll coordination
Handling PF, ESI, labour laws, and contractor compliance
Managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Supporting performance management and site HR activities
Requirements:
2-3+ years HR experience (Construction/Real Estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS
Graduation required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
