HR: Recruiter & Trainer Executive

Role:

Manage manpower requirements and job postings under deadline Source, Calling, and 1st round of interview candidates Manage onboarding process: Letters distributions & documentations Conduct induction and onboarding training Identify training needs and plan training programs Coordinate internal/external training sessions Maintain recruitment & training reports & evaluate effectiveness HR sub task: Legal Administration, Engagement & Other events related activities Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, on floor surveillance visits

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interviewing and presentation abilities Planning, coordination, and multitasking skills Knowledge of HR practices and tools

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field Proficient in MS Excel, Formulas, data management and reporting & Professional email drafting and communication 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and training (adjustable)
Salary : Up to 3 Lakhs per Annum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
