HR: Recruiter & Trainer Executive
Role:
Manage manpower requirements and job postings under deadline
Source, Calling, and 1st round of interview candidates
Manage onboarding process: Letters distributions & documentations
Conduct induction and onboarding training
Identify training needs and plan training programs
Coordinate internal/external training sessions
Maintain recruitment & training reports & evaluate effectiveness
HR sub task: Legal Administration, Engagement & Other events related activities
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, on floor surveillance visits

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Proficient in MS Excel, Formulas, data management and reporting & Professional email drafting and communication
2-4 years of experience in recruitment and training (adjustable)
Salary : Up to 3 Lakhs per Annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
