Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews.
Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Conduct induction and maintain onboarding documents.
Maintain employee files and HR database.
Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warnings, etc.).
Compile monthly attendance and salary inputs.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
Support PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory tasks.
Maintain required records for audits and inspections.
Handle employee queries and basic grievance resolution.
Assist in organizing engagement activities and events.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Support in policy communication and discipline management.
Visiting plants, if required.
