Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Support payroll processing and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner
Assist in planning training programs and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and support audits when needed
Requirements:
Male candidate.
1-2 years of relevant HR experience
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
