Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage core HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance, supporting smooth people operations in a dynamic shipping and logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Support performance management, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). 1-3 year of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or related role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office; Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements..
