Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, admin staff)
Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules
Handling HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities
Coordination with payroll and accounts team
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
Managing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Conducting induction and training coordination
Supporting performance appraisal and HR audits
