Sky Ocean Shipping Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing logistics and freight forwarding company with operations across the UAE. Our India backend office oversees HR operations, employee management, and recruitment functions to support UAE business activities.

We are seeking an

HR Executive

to handle end-to-end HR operations for our

India

back-office team

. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing HR processes within a professional service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Documentation,Pricing and Customer Service roles in India. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and HR databases. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee queries. Coordinate with the UAE management team for HR reporting, hiring updates, and backend support activities.

Requirements

:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Preferred)

1-4 years of experience

in HR operations ( Logistics industry preferred). Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
