We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Onboarding & Induction: Ensuring smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.
HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating HR systems.
Payroll & Attendance: Coordinating with the accounts/finance team for salary processing, leave, and attendance management.
Performance Management: Assisting in appraisal processes and employee evaluation systems.
Employee Engagement: Planning and executing employee engagement activities to maintain a positive work culture.
Compliance & Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
Training & Development: Coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development programs.
Exit Formalities: Managing resignations, conducting exit interviews, and handling full & final settlements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
