Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding: Draft and manage job advertisements, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and handle onboarding formalities.

Employee Records & HR Administration: Maintain digital and physical employee files, update HR data, and prepare HR reports.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support: Track attendance, assist payroll processing, and ensure statutory compliance under guidance.

Performance Management & Learning: Support appraisal cycles, coordinate training, and maintain training feedback records.

Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as contact for HR queries, organize employee engagement activities, and support culture-building initiatives.

Policy Implementation & HR Projects: Ensure policy adherence, assist in HR projects, and support employer branding or campus hiring efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / related field.

Around 1 year of HR experience, preferably in startup.

Basic understanding of HR processes and Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.).

Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
