Assist in end-to end recruitment process(job posting , screening,interview,offer)
ccordinate new employee joining formalities and induction programs
Monitor attendance,leave and shift record
Identify traininng needs and coordinate internal/External training sessions
Maintain HR Policies and Procedure
Plan and Organize employee engagement activities
Maintain updated employee database and personnel files
Handle employee grievances professionally
