We're Looking for A Dynamic and Motivated HR Executive to Join Our Growing Team. As an HR Executive, You Will Be the Backbone of Our Human Resources Department, Managing A Wide Range of Responsibilities, From Recruitment and Onboarding to Employee Engagement and Compliance. You'll Play A Pivotal Role in Shaping Our Workplace Culture and Ensuring A Seamless Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Smooth Execution of Operations Such as Payroll, Attendance and Benefits

Manage Esi, Pf and Labor Laws

Ensure Compliance and Statutory Regulations

Handle End to End Recruitment Process

Maintain Hr Records

Preferred Qualification:

Prior Hr Experience Will Be an Added Advantage, But Freshers Are Welcome

Degree in Human Resource

Strong Communication and Organizational Skill
